oolong tea are green tea could only last for 18 months once open must be keep in the fridge. inside this container all the oolong champion grade Taiwan tea are vacum pack as such can long for years.

Grand son sure enjoy my special jasmine from Xijiang , it was my delight to see this hot water system use for brewing tea by the waiters but it is the best for me as I can brew my with my yixing tea pot which I bring along with me whenever go for Yum Cha.

I notice there are total 4 such hot water dispencer this the first time I come a dim sum shop with such good facility for dim sum drinking tea veteran but you can find this in most of the Bak Kut Teh shops becuase of this enable me to brew my own tea with own tea pot I will come again as all dim sum and restaurants in Malaysia serve 3rd grade tea which poor in taste etc.

Axaim Dim SUM

This steam dim sum put on a trolley steamer and in this trolley steamer there wasn't any hot steam as suchmost of the dim sum become cold and loses it taste considerable. I consider this method poor in serving hot steam dim sum but Axian wanted to provide fast services to customers therefore willing to comprise of quality.

These are the fried dim sum all on top thr trolley all cold I am not going to order any of it fortunately for me we arrived early just few customers and able to get hot char siew so.

All this steam dim sum waiter carry by hnad using a tray what you expect will cold steam dim sum that taste poor... however Malaysain does not how t o eat hot steam dim sum and hot fried , bake dim sum just eat any dim sum that come to their table.

YUM CHA Axain Dim SUM

Char Siew So arrived hot from bake oven as in any fried dim sum it must be serve hot otherwise the taste not so good.

Char Siew Pao was hot when arrive at our table therefore need to wait till warm, quite generous with lump of char siew compare to other most of the time little char siew.Like wise steam dim sum must also be serve straight from the steamer.

Chee Cheong Fun Hong Kong style was poor as it is cold and just too soft just melt in the mouth no feeling at all.

This new speacial was recomended but not good lah.
