127 years Old restaurant dim sum.

On the 2nd December 2011, we went to Shangxiajiu Pedestrain street for dim sum lunch at the oldest restaurant Lian Heong, it is 127 years old but standard n taste of foods n dim sum still the Best.
we are lucky to be able to enjoy our dim sum with our raw Zen puer tea plus using the restaurant commenorative tea untensil set produce in 2001 in conjuction with tis 115 yrs aniversary.
 at first the captain use some other tea pot n pirtcher, however when we come across the cups n plate etc, we request they use the commemorative 115 years special tea set. David our master tea brewer using the common tea sets at first.
