YUM CHA Axain Dim SUM

Char Siew So arrived hot from bake oven as in any fried dim sum it must be serve hot otherwise the taste not so good.
Char Siew Pao was hot when arrive at our table therefore need to wait till warm, quite generous with lump of char siew compare to other most of the time little char siew.Like wise steam dim sum must also be serve straight from the steamer.
Chee Cheong Fun Hong Kong style was poor as it is cold and just too soft just melt in the mouth no feeling at all.
This new speacial was recomended but not good lah.
