Hei Cha/Dark Tea

This one kg hand pressed Hei Cha in Mandarin but Dark tea in English but I think it should be name Black tea  as Hei mean Black.

The tea leaves are black but the tea broth light golden color refreshing taste and very smooth, no wonder it is the ancient Silk Road routes tea as merchants travelling through desert require to drink this Hei Cha to prevent dehydration etc.

Hei Cha look like puer tea but it is not puer tea as the the technic use different from puer tea, its technic create Jinhua ( gold flower) grander colony that generate good enzeme for the tea.
